Cochlear Implant Comparison Chart

The information on the chart is frequently updated to stay as current as possible. My intention is to provide this information without bias for any one device or manufacturer. This information is not medical advice, and is to be used to make decisions for your child(ren) without outside influence. Additionally, I have done my best to ensure each manufacturer is equally represented. The manufacturers have approved the information included, as well as the use of images, URLs, etc.

Please use this chart to compare the cochlear implants that are currently available to children. I hope this chart is helpful in your decision-making, and that it gives you confidence in your choice for your child. If there are things you think should be changed or added, please send me a note via the Contact page or email me directly at cochlearimplantcomparison@gmail.com.

It is important to note that the information on this chart includes only devices, processing strategies, wearing options, etc. that have been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for pediatric use. If you would like to compare the options for non-pediatric devices, or want information about options not yet available in the US, please refer to the manufacturer websites or email me for more specific resources.
